Pricing & Estimates

Local moves are billed hourly by crew size and complexity. Long-distance moves are quoted based on weight, distance, and packing scope. Every quote is in writing, free, and held to the price we give you. See how pricing works for details.
Rates vary based on crew size, complexity, distance, and specialty items. Publishing a single hourly rate would either lock us into the wrong price or overcharge you for a simpler move. Our written estimates are tailored to your actual move.
For local moves: at the end of the job. For interstate moves: deposit at booking, balance on completion. For larger jobs: written terms in your estimate.
Cash, check, credit card, ACH transfer, Zelle, and Apple Pay. We provide receipts and itemized invoices.
Travel time and fuel are included in your quoted rate.

Tips are optional and never expected. We charge what a move is worth, our crew is well-paid, and our quoted price is what you pay. If a crew goes above and beyond and you want to acknowledge it, they appreciate it — but it's never built into the math, and you'll never get a guilt-trip on move day.
