Long-distance moves are quoted based on weight or cubic footage, distance, and complexity (packing scope, specialty items, access). We provide a free written quote in under an hour.
It depends on the destination — Seattle to Portland is typically 1–2 days; Seattle to California is 3–5; Seattle to the Southwest or Mountain West is 4–7. Our founder gives you a written estimate with your exact transit window after the walkthrough.
6–8 weeks ahead in peak season (May–September). 3–4 weeks ahead in off-season. Same-week is sometimes possible — call us.
Yes. Bill of lading, inventory documentation, and FMCSA-required disclosures are all handled by us. Your only paperwork is signing the documents we provide.
