Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us, or book a move, we collect the information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, origin and destination addresses, inventory details, and any notes you share with us. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, referrers, device type) through Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and complete your move, communicate with you, send invoices and receipts, and respond to support requests. That's it. We don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for and we don't sell your data — to anyone, ever.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 sets cookies and may collect IP address, browser, and device information. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third parties
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the business (email forwarding, payment processing) — only as needed to deliver service. We will disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order).
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information (subject to record-keeping obligations).
